The Ministry of Justice provides, pursuant to § 22 (2) of Act No. 85 / 1996 Coll., on the Advocacy:
The Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177 / 1996 Coll., on the remuneration of lawyers and the compensation of lawyers for the provision of legal services (legal tariff), is added as follows:
The following Section 15a is inserted after Section 15:
The extra-contractual remuneration for acts of legal services provided by a lawyer as an appointed lawyer in criminal proceedings after 1 October 1997 shall be reduced by 10%. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1997.
