amending certain provisions of the Law on financial support for rural electricity.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The provisions of the Act of 1 July 1926, No 139 Coll., on financial support for rural electrification, as amended by the regulations amending it and supplementing it, are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 reads as follows:
"In support of the continuous electrification of rural areas, if the buildings thus supported comply with the national planning principles, an amount of 16,000.000 CZK shall be authorised for 1946, an amount of 80,000.000 CZK for 1947 and an amount of 100,000.000 CZK for 1948. These amounts shall either be included in the budget of the Ministry of Industry until the Act on the regulation of the respective ministries. '
2. the first sentence of Paragraph 2 (1) shall read as follows:
"The annual amounts authorised shall apply: '
3. Paragraph 2 (3) reads as follows:
"When granting contributions and aid, account shall be taken, first and foremost, of the territories, damaged occupation or war, of the economically weak areas and places and of the regions which are populated or in which an increase in employment or an increase in agricultural or commercial production would be achieved by electrification. '
4. In Article 3, the following paragraph is added:
"(3) A building allowance of up to 75% of the construction load may be granted for electrical equipment construction in areas damaged by occupation or war. '
5. Article 5 shall be deleted;
This Act takes effect on the day of its publication and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; It shall be implemented by the Minister of Industry in agreement with the Ministers of Finance and Agriculture.
