amending Act No 159 / 2020 Coll., on the Compensation Bonus in relation to Crisis Measures related to the occurrence of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No 159 / 2020 Coll., on the Compensation Bonus for Crisis Measures related to the occurrence of SARS CoV-2 is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "the pursuit of employment in activities other than pedagogical activities' shall be added after the words" the staff member '.
2. In Section 5, the word "Bonus' is replaced by" First Bonus'.
3. In Article 5, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) The second bonus period shall be from 1 May to 8 June 2020.
(3) The third bonus period shall be the period which may be provided for by the Government by means of a regulation within the period from 9 June to 31 August 2020 for days on which the crisis measures referred to in Article 1 restrict, in whole or in part, the pursuit of self-employment. ';
4. In Article 7, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) An application for a compensation bonus shall be submitted for the bonus period."
Paragraphs 2 to 4 shall become paragraphs 3 to 5.
5. In Section 8, the following paragraph 1 is added:
"(1) The compensation bonus shall be fixed for the bonus period."
Paragraphs 1 to 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 2 to 5.
6. In Paragraph 8 (4), "2 'is replaced by" 3'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day following its publication.
