on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with § 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to § 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, § 17 (6) (d) and § 17 (11) and § 17 (12) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the terms of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector, and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, has issued a price decision No 4 / 2018 of 9 October 2018 amending ERO No. 5 / 2017 on regulated gas supply prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 4 / 2018 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 12 October 2018, amounting to 7. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
