imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2017 concluded on 18 April 2017
between Contracting Parties
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective Higher Level Contract for the Forest Sector 2017 - 2019 (Part A. 2017 - 2019, Part B. 2017), concluded on 24 May 2017
between Contracting Parties
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry, Czech Association of Entrepreneurs in Forestry
and
The trade union of workers of the woodworking industry, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2017 - 2020, concluded on 1 June 2017
between Contracting Parties
Transport union
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - section of road transport.
4. Collective contract of higher degree for 2017, concluded on 13 June 2017
between Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry.
5. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract for 2017, concluded on 28 June 2017
between Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - section of the road economy.
