DECLARATION
of 10 July 2003
amending Decree No. 84 / 1984 Coll., on the provision of scholarships and physical security to pupils of Gymnasium and Secondary Vocational Schools, Decree No. 61 / 1985 Coll., on the continuing training of teaching staff, as amended by Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., Decree No. 189 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for concluding economic contracts on the free use of the property of secondary vocational teachers and centres of practical instruction, and Decree No. 291 / 1991 Coll., on the Basic School, as amended by Decree No. 225 / 1993 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 10 (5), § 24 (3), § 34 (5), § 43 and § 51 (4) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., the system of primary schools, secondary schools and higher vocational schools (Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 522 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll.:
Decree No. 84 / 1984 Coll., on the provision of scholarships and physical security to pupils of Gymnasium and Secondary Vocational Schools, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 5 (3) (f), the words "the provision of services on the basis of the authorisation of the national committee" shall be replaced by the words "business activities."
2. In Article 8 (6), the word "measure 'is replaced by" decision 15a)', the words "(court, national committee) 'are deleted, the word" measure' is replaced by the word "decision 'and footnote 15a) is replaced by the following:
"15a) For example, Act No 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection for Children, as amended. '
3. Paragraph 10 (5) is deleted.
4. In Article 12 (2), the words "to the national committee which conducts the school 'are replaced by the words" to the appeal body'.
5. in Section 12, footnote 19 shall read:
"19) Sections 3 (2) (g) and 22 of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education, as amended."
6. in Paragraph 14, paragraph 1 and footnote 20 are deleted;
Paragraphs 2 to 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 6.
Decree No. 61 / 1985 Coll., on the continuing training of teaching staff, as amended by Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Further education shall be managed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (hereinafter referred to as" the Ministry of Education '), the bodies setting up schools and educational establishments and other bodies on the basis of legislation.'.
2. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words "with district educational centres or regional educational institutes' are replaced by the words" with establishments for the further training of teaching staff set up by the Ministry of Education and Region '.
3. Paragraph 5 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 to 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 3.
4. In Article 5 (2), the words "post-graduate and 'and footnote 2) are deleted.
5. In Article 5 (3), the words "to graduate or 'are deleted.
6. Paragraph 7 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The establishment for the further education of pedagogy staff set up by the Ministry of Education and the Region in cooperation with higher education institutions and department educational institutions shall organise a functional study of directors, their representatives and other educational staff of schools and school establishments. ';
7. in Article 7 (3), the words "the Regional National Committee 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Authority';
8. Paragraph 8 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Schools and educational establishments in cooperation with establishments for the further education of teaching staff set up by the Ministry of Education and Region, universities and ministries shall organise continuous education and determine its scope in accordance with social and local needs."
Decree No. 189 / 1991 Coll., on the terms and conditions for the conclusion of economic contracts for the free use of the property of secondary vocational schools and centres of practical teaching, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 2 is deleted.
Decree No. 291 / 1991 Coll., on Primary School, as amended by Decree No. 225 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (2), the last sentence is deleted.
2. In Paragraph 13 (2), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.
