GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 September 1998
fixing, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 1997 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 1997 and adjusting the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 1997 amounts to CZK 10 696.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 1997 shall be 1,0891.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis referred to in Article 15 of Law No 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Decree No 254 / 1997 Coll. are amended as follows:
a) Amounts of CZK 5,900 are increased to CZK 6,100,
b) The amount of CZK 11800 is increased to CZK 13,000.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1999.
