DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice
of 25 September 1997
amending Decree No. 37 / 1992 of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic Coll., on Rules of Procedure for Regional and Regional Courts, as amended
The Ministry of Justice shall determine, pursuant to Article 391a of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on criminal proceedings, as amended, and pursuant to Section 374 (1) of Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended:
Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic No. 37 / 1992 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure for Regional and Regional Courts, as amended by Decree No. 584 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 246 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 278 / 1996 Coll., are amended as follows:
Paragraph 116b (1) reads as follows:
"(1) During the period of availability, the designated judge (Chairman of the Chamber) shall be obliged to stay at the address of his permanent residence. If he has a temporary stay at the seat of the court to which he is assigned, he may stay at the address of the temporary stay. The President of the Court shall notify the competent public prosecutor, the Permanent Service of the District Directorate of the Police of the Czech Republic and the District Office in the District of the Court of Justice of the address and number of the telephone station where the designated judge (Chairman of the Senate) will be present during the availability. All documents addressed to the court, unless otherwise agreed with the Judge (Chairman of the Chamber), shall be served on that address during the period of availability. '.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1997.
