amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 50 / 1992 Coll., implementing Act No. 547 / 1990 Coll., on the Treatment and Control of Certain Goods and Technologies, as amended by Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 505 / 1992 Coll. and Decree No. 22 / 1994 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Section 37 of Act No. 547 / 1990 Coll., on the treatment and control of certain types of goods and technology:
Annex 1 to the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 50 / 1992 Coll. published on the basis of its amendment by Decree No. 505 / 1992 Coll. as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws 1) and supplemented by the amendment made by Decree No. 22 / 1994 Coll. is amended by an amendment which will be published as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws.
Annex 1a to Decree No. 50 / 1992 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll. published on the basis of its amendment by Decree No. 22 / 1994 Coll. as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws entitled "Addendum to the List of Goods and Technologies subject to the Control Scheme" 2) is amended by an amendment to be published as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1) Annex 1 was published as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws in the form of a special publication SEVT, a.s., Prague under the title "List of goods and technology subject to control regime."
2) Annex 1a was published as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws in the form of a separate publication of SEVT, a.s., Prague under the title "Appendix to the list of goods and technology subject to control regime."
