Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture
of 4 October 1948
on the delegation of the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture in certain matters of land reform.
The Ministry of Agriculture declares pursuant to § 14, paragraph 2 of the Act of 11 July 1947, No. 142 Coll., on the revision of the first land reform:
The National Land Fund for the Ministry of Agriculture, Slovakia, on the responsibility of agriculture and land reform shall be transferred:
(a) the provision of library order on all land covered by the provisions of the Act of 16 April 1919, No. 215 Coll., to prevent the large property of land and the regulations implementing it (first land reform);
(b) the implementation of the provisions on the legal conditions applicable to land allocated under the Act of 30 January 1920, No 81 Coll., which are issued for the purpose of Article 10 of the Code on the allocation of occupied land and the provision on the legal relationship to the land allocated (Allocation Act), the Act of 27 May 1931, No 93 Coll., amending and supplementing the provisions on the legal relationship to the land allocated (Allocation Small Act) and the Act No 142 / 1947 Coll. as amended by the Act of 21 March 1948, No 44 Coll.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
