imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 1 to a collective agreement of higher degree (for a. s., s. r. o. and p. p..) of 18 December 2024 concluded on 28 May 2025 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Road Infrastructure Section;
2. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 18 December 2024 concluded on 28 May 2025 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Road Infrastructure Section;
3. Appendix 2 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 29 May 2023 concluded on 6 May 2025 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
Czech Association of Entrepreneurs in Forestry.
