On 31 May 2016, the Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 29 / 15 in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychetský and the Judges Louis David, Jaroslav Fenyk (Judge Rapporteur), Josef Fiale, Jan Filip, Jaromír Jirsa, Tomáš Lichovnik, Jan Musil, Vladimir Sládeček, Radovan Suchanek, Kateřina Šimáková, Vojtěch Šimíček, Milady Tomková, David Uhlír and Jiří Zemánek, on the proposal of the Director of the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region, with the head of Brno, Žerotínova Square 3 / 5, on the annulment of the Order of the Municipality of Šipánovice 1 / 2015, the Market Order of the Municipality of Šepánek,
as follows:
I. Article 8 of the Decree of the Municipality of Štěpánovice No 1 / 2015, the market order, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
II. To the remaining extent, the proposal is rejected.
