GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 August 2015
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, the definition of a difficult working environment and the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (2) and § 112 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
Government Decree No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the pay surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Decree No. 249 / 2007 Coll., Government Decree No. 452 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 246 / 2012 Coll., Government Decree No. 210 / 2013 Coll. and Government Decree No. 204 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2, "55 'is replaced by" 58,70' and "9 200 'is replaced by" 9 900'.
2. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The lowest wage guaranteed levels for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours shall be graduated according to the complexity, responsibility and workload of the work carried out, classified in 8 groups, and shall be:

Minimum wage rate and minimum level of guaranteed wage with limited employment
(1) The minimum wage rate for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours is CZK 55.10 per hour or CZK 9,300 per month for an employee who is a beneficiary of an invalidity pension.
(2) The lowest wage guaranteed levels for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours shall be graduated according to the complexity, responsibility and workload of the work carried out, classified in 8 groups, and shall be:
