DECLARATION
of 28 June 2012
amending Decree No. 152 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on elections to regional councils and amending certain laws, as amended
In agreement with the Czech Statistical Office, the Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 59 (c) of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on elections to regional councils and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 230 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 152 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on Regional Councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 565 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 11 (2), the dot is deleted at the end of point 6 and the following point 7 is added:
"7. Voters ID."
2. In Annex 2, the following model form 7 is added:
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
