of 25 April 2006
amending Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Civil Code

"Procedure for confirmation of the European Enforcement Order
(1) On application by a court order, a court settlement or an authentic instrument which fulfils the conditions laid down in the directly applicable regulation of the European Communities (34f) for certification as a European Enforcement Order, the court shall decide by means of an order under the conditions laid down in the directly applicable regulation of the European Communities (34f).
(2) The court which took the decision on the case at the time when the conditions for the establishment of an undisputed claim under the directly applicable regulation of the European Communities were met shall be responsible for the procedure for attesting the European Enforcement Order. If these conditions have been met in the case of an official document 34h), the court responsible shall be the competent court.
(3) The party to the proceedings is entitled.
(4) No appeal shall be admissible against a resolution confirming the European Enforcement Order.

Amendment of the Law on Courts and Judges
Act No. 6 / 2002 Coll., on Courts, Courts, Addresses and Government Administration of Courts and on the amendment of certain other laws (Law on Courts and Judges), as amended by Act No. 151 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 228 / 2002 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under Act No. 349 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 192 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 349 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 413 / 2005 Coll., and Act No. 79 / 2006 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Article 130 (2), the word "representative 'is replaced by" two representatives', the words "appointed and withdrawn 'are replaced by the words" appointed and withdrawn' and the words "other members' are replaced by the words" President, Vice-President and seven other members'.
2. In Paragraph 130, the sentence "The President, Vice-President and Members of the Council, who are not Judges and prosecutors, shall be entitled, at the end of paragraph 4, to a monthly remuneration for the performance of duties and reimbursement of expenses, equal to 0.3 times the salary and reimbursement of the costs of a Judge of the Regional Court, according to the duration of the legal practice, to a Vice-President of 0.2 times the amount of a member. '
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
