DECLARATION
of 10 July 2003
amending Decree No. 130 / 1980 Coll., on educational advice
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 13 (a) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education, § 34 and § 45 (2) of Act No. 76 / 1978 Coll., on Education Equipment, as amended by Act No. 31 / 1984 Coll. and Act No. 390 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree No. 130 / 1980 Coll., on educational advice, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (1) and paragraph 5 are deleted.
2. Article 3, including footnotes 4) to 9) shall be deleted;
3. In the heading of Section 4, the words "Regional pedagogy-psychological counseling 'are replaced by the words" Pedagogical-psychological counseling'.
4. Paragraph 4 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Pedagogic- psychological counselling (10) (hereinafter referred to as the" consultative ") is a regional facility."
footnote 11 is deleted;
5. In Paragraph 4 (2), the introductory phrase is "The advisory body shall carry out the following tasks: '.
6. in Article 4 (2) (a), the words "professionally managed by the Regional Committee" shall be replaced by the words "established in particular by the municipality, region or ministry."
7. In Article 4 (2) (b), the words "pay particular attention to pupils with talent and talent as well as to young people with altered working capacity 'shall be added after the semicolon.
8. In Article 4 (2) (c), the comma after the word "establishment 'is deleted and the words" managed by the Regional National Committee' are replaced by the words "established in particular by the municipality, county or ministry 'and the words" and the national health constitution in the county' are deleted.
9. in Article 4 (2) (d), the comma after the word "establishment" shall be deleted and the words "managed by the Regional National Committee" shall be replaced by the words "established in particular by the municipality, county or ministry."
10. in Article 4 (2) (f), the words "national committees" are replaced by the words "social protection of children."
11. in Article 4 (2), at the end of point (f), the dot is replaced by a semicolon and the following points (g) and (h) are added:
"(g) methodologically assist teachers in balancing and specialised classes;
(h) for the inclusion of children in schools for young people requiring special care, carry out their pedagogical and psychological examinations and provide for health and other professional examinations. "
12. in Article 4 (3), the words "Regional Advisory Council" shall be replaced by the words "Advisory Council" and the words "District Advisory Councils" shall be deleted;
13. in Article 4 (4), the words "Regional Advisory Council" shall be replaced by the words "Advisory Council"; the words "Regional Advisory Councils' shall be deleted; the words" Regional Advisory Councils' shall be deleted; the words "Regional Councils' shall be replaced by" Regional Councils';
14. in Article 4 (5), the words "Regional Advisory Council" shall be replaced by the words "Advisory Council."
15. In the title of Section 5, the words "district and county 'are deleted.
16. in Article 5 (1), the words "district or county" and the words "advisory" shall be deleted and the words "national committee which set up the advisory committee (" national committee ") shall be replaced by the words" organisers. "
17. in Article 5 (2), the words "and approved by the National Committee" shall be deleted;
18. in Article 5 (3), the second sentence is deleted;
19. in Article 5, paragraph 5 is deleted;
20.
The number of staff shall be determined by the body having regard to the scale of the advisory tasks. ';
21. in Article 7 (4), the words "the Regional National Committee" shall be replaced by the words "the Social Protection Authority" and footnote 9 shall read:
"9) Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection of Children, as amended."
22. in Article 7 (1), the words "the National Committee" shall be replaced by the words "the founder."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.
