amending Decree No. 53 / 2002 of the Ministry of Health Coll., laying down chemical requirements for the health of individual food and food ingredients, conditions of use of additives, auxiliary and food supplements
According to § 19 (a) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 53 / 2002 Coll., laying down the chemical health requirements for each type of food and food raw material, the conditions of use of additives, auxiliary and food supplements are amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part 5, the colours in Table 7, in the column 'alcoholic beverages with a content of less than 15% (V / V) other than those listed in Tables 2 and 4' are replaced by 'alcoholic beverages other than alcoholic beverages listed in Tables 2 and 4'.
2. In Annex 1, Part 6, Conservatives in Table 2, the words "dried, concentrated or chilled egg contents' are replaced by the words" dried, concentrated, frozen or deep-frozen egg products'.
3. In Annex No 2, Part 6, cadmium, the entry "poultry 0,1 'is deleted.
4. In Annex No 2, Part 18, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), the entry "poultry 0,5 Note 2,3 'is deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
