DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 18 September 1997
amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations to import and export goods and services, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll., No. 192 / 1995 Coll., No. 156 / 1996 Coll. and No. 115 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex B / I, the following entries are deleted:
| „7204 | železné a ocelové odpady vč. přetavených a šrot | 700 000 tuna |
| 7404 00 2620 30 00 | měděné odpady a měděný šrot | 24 600 tuna |
| 7602 00 2620 40 00 | hliníkové odpady a hliníkový šrot | 16 000 tuna |
| 7802 00 2620 20 00 | olověné odpady a olověný šrot | 4000 tuna“. |
2. In Annex B / II, the following entries are inserted after entries 7201, 7206 and 7206 of pig iron and steel in ingots or other basic forms:

| 7404 00 2620 30 00 | měděné odpady a měděný šrot | tuna |

3. In Annex D, Part I, in entry 2902 20, a dash is inserted after the word "benzene 'and the words" imports only' are added.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1997.
