GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 November 1994
declaring a binding part of the territorial plan of the great Jeseníka territorial unit
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the Great Jeseníka zoning plan as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The Zoning Plan of the Grand Territorial Unit of Jeseníka, approved by the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 2 November 1994 No 613, as amended by the Government of the Czech Republic of 30 October 2002 No 1042, is deposited in the District Offices of Bruntál, Jeseník Šumperk, the Regional Offices of the Olomouc Region and the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Ministry of Local Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

1. Amendment of the binding part of the Zoning Plan of the Great Jeseníka Territory
The binding part of the zoning plan for the major territory of Jeseníka, as defined by Decree No 233 / 1994Coll., is amended as follows:
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for:
a) express road R 35 Mohelnice - Moravian Třebová in specified position including related buildings,
(b) transfers and bypasses on first-class roads:
- I / 11 in the section Bukovice and Pošermov, northwest of Mala Štihla, south of Milotice nad Opava and north of Upper Zivotice,
- I / 35 north-east of Podoli, including off-level crossing,
- I / 44 in the section Mohelnice and Petrov nad Desnou as a four-lane with connection of Šumperk and Rapotín, as a two-lane in the section Petrov nad Desně and Kouty nad Desnou with connection of the Great Losins and Loučná nad Desnou and in the section Bělá pod Pradedek after the border crossing of Mikulovice with connection of Jeseník, České Vi and Mikulovice with tunnel under Krůžová vrchem,
- I / 45 west of Valšov and north of New Herminov,
- I / 46 south of Moravian Beroun,
- I / 57 northern bypass Krnova and Western bypass Albrechtic, Linhart, Damascus and Bartultovice,
- I / 60 on the whole section from Lip Spa to Javorník,
(c) transponders, bypasses and directional adjustments on Class II roads:
- II / 444 in Mohelnice - Stavenice,
- II / 445 in the section Karlovy Vary and Lower Moravia - Malá Morávka,
- II / 450 in the section Star - Rudná pod Pradad, Vidla and Charles Studánek,
- II / 452 in the section Bruntál - Interona,
- II / 457 in the section Arnultovice, Ondrejovice - Zlaté Hory,
(d) rail transport - modernisation of the II railway corridor in the section Mohelnice - Zábřeh - Hoštejn,
- Extension of railway line No 293 Šumperk - Kouty nad Desna,
Category I - Hanušovice, Domasov - Nýznerov,
Category II - Mohelnice, New Hermines,
Category III - Long Loučka, Hoštejn, Loštice, Munich - Drakov, Karlov,
(e) new cableways for the Red Horre saddle from the corners above Desna and from Domasov near Jeseník,
(f) construction of the border crossing point Jindřichov - Glucholazy for rail passenger and freight transport,
(g) outdoor electrical lines:
- 400 kV in modified position in the border section of the Šumperk - Horní Životice district,
- 110 kV in the section Česká Ves - Velké Kunetice,
(h) new high pressure pipelines:
- Rindings - Moravian Beroun,
- Dvorce - the border of Bruntal County,
- Lower Lip - Maple,
- Maple - White Water,
(i) new water lines:
- Krnov - Brantice with petrol station,
- New Malín - Hlabichín with water and gas station,
- Ostrov - Dubicko with water and water treatment,
- Rajac - Lukavice,
- Třešky - Moravičany,
- Podolí - Řepová with water and petrol station,
(j) new sewage pantographs:
- Šumperk - Lower Studios with petrol station,
- Svébohov - Zábřeh (Václavov)
- Hradec - Mikulovice,
- Great Kraš - Vidnava with sewage treatment plant,
(k) recreation and tourism
- development of the Silesia Hart recreational landscape in the scope of the first amendment to the urban plan of the great Jeseníka territorial unit.
2. For the need to gradually ensure flood protection of settlements and territories, protect areas for the possibility of building:
(a) Hanušovice, Rashkov, Ruda nad Moravou, Olšany, Bohtán, Chroměd, Pošermov, Sudkov, Lower Studenky, Šumperk, Lesky, Zvovol- Lukavice, Bohuslavice, Třisky and Háj, Mohelnice (railway), Stavenice, Moravičany, Doubravice and Loštice,
(b) water tanks - Cocianov, Sobotín, Dobromilov, Lesnice, Brník, Silichov, Lesbian, Břemakov, Břežení, Břežné Libina, Police, Burned and New Hermes.
3. Corridors for the above mentioned structures are defined in the scope of:
- for communication of the speed type 300 m from the axis to both sides,
- for Class I and Class II roads and energy lines 200 m from the axis to both sides,
- for railway lines and cableways and water lines and drains 100 m wide on both sides.
4. The construction associated with the implementation of the projects referred to in points 1 and 2 of this Annex, and the geographical part of the first amendment of the major territorial area plan of the Jeseníka in the scale of 1: 50 000, provided with an approval clause, other than the cable for the Red Horre saddle from Domasov at Jeseník referred to in point 1e of this Annex and the area for recreation and tourism referred to in point 1k of this Annex, shall be of public benefit.
