amending and supplementing the Order of the Office for Standardisation and Measurement No. 101 / 1988 Coll., on product certification
The Ministry of Economy pursuant to § 35 (1) of Act No. 30 / 1968 Coll., on State Testing, as amended by Act No. 54 / 1987 Coll., provides:
The Order of the Office for Standardisation and Measurement No. 101 / 1988 Coll., on Product Certification, is amended as follows:
Article 8 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The Czech certification mark (hereinafter referred to as the mark) is set out in the Annex to this decree. In addition to this mark, the code of the public service responsible for certification may be placed. ';
2. The following Section 9a is inserted after Section 9, including the title:
Transitional provision
The existing certification mark may continue to be used if the relevant decision of the national certification service has become final before the date of entry into force of this Decree. ';
3. Where the title of the Office for Standardisation and Measurement is used in this decree, this shall mean the Office for Technical Standardisation, Metrology and State Testing.
The Annex to Decree No 101 / 1988 Coll. reads:
"Brand referred to in § 8 (1)
Czech certification mark '.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
