DECLARATION
of 19 June 2008
amending Decree No. 247 / 1993 of the Ministry of Health Coll., on a selection procedure for leading positions in health organisations and establishments under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health, District Offices and Municipality
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to Section 54 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 121 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 247 / 1993 Coll., on a selection procedure for leading positions in health organisations and establishments under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health, District Offices and Municipality, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "always in the Medical Journal 'are replaced by the words" on an official record and in a way that allows remote access'.
2. In Paragraph 2 (2), the words "which must be at least 15 days from the date of publication of the invitation to tender 'shall be added at the end of the text in point (d).
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
