GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 November 1994
declaring a binding part of the urban plan of the Giant Mountains
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the plans for the large area of Giant Mountains, as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation, is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The territory plan of the large area of the Giant Mountains, approved by Government Resolution No 630 of 9 November 1994, is deposited with the District Offices of Semily and Trutnov, the Krkonose National Park and the Ministry of Economy.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

OBLIGOR PART OF THE TERRITORIAL PLAN TO THE GRAND DUCHY
1. When using the territory, protect the territory:
(a) the motorway corridor D 11, including links to the local road network;
(b) routes intended for homogenisation or reconstruction of the I / 14 road in the section Kořenov - Jablonec nad Jizerou - Horní Sytova, Pure - Rudník - Hertvíkovice and Vrchlabí,
(c) identified corridors and areas for energy lines, water lines, sewerage, treatment plants and waste water pump stations;
(d) the flood area of the water tanks Lata and Vilémov.
2. The structures associated with the implementation of the principles referred to in points 1 (a) to (c) shall be of public benefit.
