Government Slovenskej republiky podľa § 4 ods. 3 a 4 a § 82 zákon č. 20 / 1966 Zb. o burenčnosti o zdravie ľudu nariadíuje:
Nariadenie pravu Slovenskej socialists republiky č. 206 / 1988 Zb. o jedoch a niektorých iných lákach násný zdraviu sa mržení a dopjňa jako:
1. § 28 ods. 2 znie:
"(2) In the case of medical devices, the medicines referred to in group I of the zoznamu of the intoxicants, the preparations containing the intoxicants listed in group I of the intoxicants listed in group I of the intoxicants, psychotropic substances listed in group II of the psychotropic lates and preparations containing the psychotropic substances listed in group II of the psychotropic lates of the medical zariadeniam to the individual hiadans and individual patients on the prescription marked with blue stripe. '
2. Paragraph 29 of the title:
Zaobchadzanie with narcotic substances and psychotropic substances in veterinary organisations
The veterinary pharmacists shall include the narcotic substances listed in group I of the zoznamu of the narcotic substances, the preparations containing the narcotic substances listed in group I of the zoznamu of the narcotic substances, the psychotropic substances listed in group II of the psychotropic substances and preparations containing the psychotropic substances listed in group II of the psychotropic substances listed in group II of the psychotropic lates of the pre-vierated lieted in the veterinary organises of the individual giants, pre-vieratá lieked outside the veterinary organises of the receptor-line pressure indicated in blue. '
3. V § 30 ods. 1 sa slová "presna evidencia" navadzajú slovami "evidencia podľa odseku 2."
4. § 37 ods. 2 znie:
"(2) Narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and preparations of musia even in the organisers, ktoré ich produbajú, stored in the lockup of separate miestnostiach alebo in metal skriniach and secured against odcudzeniu."
5. In Section 37, Section 2 is inserted a new section 3, which is:
"(3) In other organizations and zariadeniach, which are with narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and preparations for obchadzajú, musia even stored:
(a) the narcotic substances listed in groups I and II of the zoznamum of the narcotic substances, the preparations containing the narcotic substances listed in group I of the zoznamum of the narcotic substances, the psychotropic substances listed in group II of the zoznamum of the psychotropic lates and the preparations containing the psychotropic substances listed in group II of the zoznamum of the psychotropic lates in the lockable separate miestnostics alebo in the metal skryiniach and secured against odcudzenium;
(b) the preparations containing the narcotic substances listed in group II of the zoznamu of the narcotic substances, the psychotropic substances listed in groups III. and IV of the zoznamu of the psychotropic substances and the preparations containing the psychotropic substances listed in groups III. and IV of the zoznamu of the psychotropic lates in the locked separate miestnostiach alebo in the metal skriniach, but also an in-use appropriate spôsodom secured against odcudzenium. '
6. Dispose of the psychotropic substances listed in Annex 4 sa dopňa as follows:
Group III
"Buprenorphine buprenorphine
Group IV
"Pemoline pemoline
21-cyclopropyl-7- (S) -1-hydro-1, 2.2-trimethylpropyl-6, 14-endo-ethano6, 78.-tetrahydrooripavin '.
5-phenyl-2-imino-4-oxazolidinone '.
Toto nariadenie nadobúda fetinosť dňom znazenia.
