amending Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 26 / 1985 Coll., on the derogating provision of continuous rest in the week to certain workers
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, after consulting the Czech Trade Union Council, hereby orders according to § 92 (3) of the Labour Code:
Čl. I
The Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 26 / 1985 Coll., on the derogating provision of continuous rest in the week to certain workers, is amended as follows:
1.
"(a) where the status of workers needs to be substantially increased for a transitional period not exceeding five months in a calendar year,"
2. In Paragraph 2 (1), the word 'directives' is replaced by 'labour law'.
3. In Paragraph 3 (1), the word 'directives' is replaced by 'labour law'.
Čl. II
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1989.
