Government Regulation
of 25 October 1949
amending the provisions on certain reports of the Regional National Committees.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 19, paragraph 3 of the Act of 21 December 1948, No. 280 Coll., on the Regional Establishment:
Paragraph 2 of the Government Decree of 22 February 1949, No 35 Coll., on the reports of the Regional National Committees on General Home Affairs, is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the following words shall be inserted after the words "exercising general supervision over the activities of subordinate national committees':
"ensures that religious and religious life in the region develops in accordance with the constitution and principles of popular democratic establishment, thereby ensuring for each constitutional right of freedom of religion, based on the principles of religious tolerance and equality of all religions; '.
2. In paragraph 2, the following shall be inserted after Clause 5:
'6. Performs state administration in matters of church and religious and oversees the activities of all churches, religious societies, beacons and monasteries in the region;
7. Supervises and examines the property of churches, religious societies, beacons and monasteries, examines their management and approves all property legal acts concerning church property;
8. Protects church monuments;
9. Supervises the teaching of religion and the church school;
10. Specially assesses the religious and religious press and monitors the landscape press and radio in terms of religious and religious;
11. monitors religious life in the region;
12. oversees the charitable activities of churches and religious societies, religious and religious associations, funds and other such establishments;
13. deals with matters of church foundations;
14. Participates in the handling of other matters provided by other reports of the Regional National Committee, insofar as they affect the interests of the Church and Religious; ';
3. The current provisions No 6 to 10 shall become No 15 to 19.
4. Article 11 is amended, renumbered 20 and read as follows:
"20. decide and take measures in accordance with the relevant provisions in the personal matters of regional, regional and local staff and in the personal matters of spiritual churches and religious societies operating in the spiritual administration, in the church administration or in the institutions for spiritual education; ensure the organisation of the political and professional training of such staff; ';
5. The current provisions Nos 12 to 18 shall become Nos 21 to 27.
The provisions of Section 2 of the Government Decree of 25 January 1949, No 14 Coll., on the reports of the Regional National Committees for Education, Education and Physical Education are amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the words "cult and 'shall be deleted.
2. In paragraph 2, provision 12 shall be deleted.
3. Article 13 is amended, renumbered 12 and read as follows:
"12. manages the affairs of the foundation, except the foundations of the church."
The Government Ordinance of 15 February 1949, No 29 Coll., on Labour and Social Welfare Reports of the Regional National Committees, is amended and supplemented by a semicolon after the provisions of Paragraph 2 (2), (7), is replaced by a comma followed by the following words: "Except for the supervision of charitable activities of churches and religious societies, religious and religious associations, funds and other such establishments."
The Minister of the Interior is hereby authorised to publish in the Collection of Laws the full text of Decree No. 35 / 1949 Coll., as is apparent from the amendments provided for in this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; They shall be carried out by the Ministers of Interior, Education, Science and Art, Information and Information, Labour and Social Welfare and by the Minister responsible for the management of the State Church Office in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
