DECLARATION
of 12 July 2023
repealing certain legislation on the declaration of specially protected territories and certain regulations of the district offices under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Environment
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 364 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 349 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 364 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Protection of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decision of the State Land Office in Prague of 4 March 1926 No 3402 / 26-II / 2 on the establishment of the natural reserve Choustník v k. ú. Choustník, district Sobeslav.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and National Education of 6 August 1929 No. 91.505 / 29 on the establishment of the natural reserve "Rukavečská obora" in the Czech Republic.
3. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 8 July 1949 No. 76905 / 49-IV / 1 on the establishment of the nature reserve "Holý vrch" in K. Hlinná, district Litoměřice.
4. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art of 19 November 1949 No. 170.405 / 49-IV / 1 on the extension of the natural reserve Choustník v ok. ú. Choustník, district Spoleslav.
5. Resolution of the Regional National Committee in Litoměřice of 14 October 1966 No 101 / 66 on the declaration of the natural creation of "Raddobýl" in the Czech Republic, the district of Litoměřice.
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 20 January 1969 No. 13.428 / 68-II / 2 on the establishment of a protected site "Radobýl" in K. Litoměřice and Žáhovice, district Litoměřice.
7. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 18 July 1973 No. 9523 / 73 on the establishment of a protected site "Dubná" in K. Ou.
8. Decree of the District Office of Frýdek-Místek of 21 March 1994 on the prohibition of the burning of vegetation.
9. Decree of the District Office of Frýdek-Místek of 25 March 1994 concerning the prohibition of destruction of juniper.
10. Decree No. 11 / 1996 of the District Office of Nová Jicin on the imposition of measures against insect pests.
11. Decree No. 3 / 1999 of the District Office of Nová Jicin on the prohibition of burning vegetation.
12. Ordinance No 3 / 2001 of the District Office of Nová Jičín on the determination of the date and extent of the takeover of the power of delegation in those sections by municipal authorities and municipal authorities.
13. Decree No 4 / 2001 of the District Office of Nová Jicin amending Regulation No 3 / 2001 determining the date and extent of the taking over of the delegation at those sections by municipal authorities and municipal authorities.
14. Decree No 7 / 2001 of the District Office of Nová Jicin amending Regulation No 3 / 2001 determining the date and extent of the taking over of the delegation in those sections by the municipal authorities and municipal authorities, as amended by Regulation No 4 / 2001.
15. Regulation No 3 / 2002 of the District Office of Nová Jicin amending and supplementing Regulation No 3 / 2001 of the District Office of the District Office of determining the date and extent of the taking over of the delegation in those sections by the municipal authorities and the municipal authorities, as amended by Regulation No 4 / 2001 and Regulation No 7 / 2001 of the District Office of the District Office.
16. Ordinance No 4 / 2002 of the District Office of Nová Jicin amending and supplementing Regulation No 3 / 2001 of the District Office of the District Office of determining the date and extent of the taking over of the delegation in those sections by the municipal authorities and municipal authorities, as amended by Regulation No 4 / 2001, Regulation No 7 / 2001 of the District Office of the District Office and Regulation No 3 / 2002.
17. Decree of the Ministry of the Environment No. 184 / 2005 Coll., on the publication of the National Natural Monuments of the Airport Letňany and the determination of its closer protection conditions.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
