laying down the model of the certificate for inspection under the Law on the marketing of timber and timber products
According to Article 6 (3) of Act No. 226 / 2013 Coll., on the marketing of timber and timber products, as amended by Act No. 206 / 2019 Coll., ("the Act '), the Ministry of Agriculture provides:
Model for the licence of an authorised regional office employee
The model of the licence of an authorised member of the regional office is set out in the Annex to this Order.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2019.

Model of the certificate of the employee of the Regional Office responsible for carrying out the inspection under the Law on the marketing of timber and timber products
1. Description
(a) The ID of the official of the county office responsible for carrying out the inspection under the law is a double-sided plastic card with rounded corners of 95 mm x 70 mm. The printing of both face and reverse pages is made on white background. All texts are in black.
(b) On the face side of the licence in the central section, the first line shall bear the name of the Regional Office in which the staff member carries out the acts to which he is entitled (in the words of the "LAGO..."), the second line shall bear the identification of the licence in the words "INSPECTION - CERTIFICATE." The third line includes the name, surname and title of the employee, the fourth line includes the registration number of the card. The fifth line shows the date of issue of the licence. In the left part there is a digitally processed colour photograph of an authorised regional office employee. The technical design of the photograph complies with the requirements of § 7 of Decree No. 400 / 2011 Coll., implementing the Act on Civil Documents and the Act on Travel Documents, as amended. A large national emblem of the Czech Republic is placed in the right part of the licence at the level of the third to fifth row.
(c) On the reverse side of the licence on the first to third lines, the text "The holder of the licence is entitled to carry out the inspection activity under Act No. 226 / 2013 Coll., on the marketing of timber and timber products, as amended." Under this text on the right, the name, surname and signature of the superior person entitled to issue the licence and the stamp shall be indicated. The lower part contains the text "The document is a public instrument, forgery or alteration of the authentic instrument is criminal. The finder of this licence is requested to be surrendered to the nearest regional office or the nearest department of the Police Department of the Czech Republic."
