GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 October 2014
on the establishment of State Budget resources for the grant of a subsidy to cover part of the price of electricity to customers and for the payment of operating heat support for 2015
The Government orders pursuant to § 28 (2) of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 310 / 2013 Coll.:
State Budget Funds
The resources of the state budget for the grant of the subsidy to cover part of the price of electricity to customers and for the payment of operating heat support for 2015 are CZK 15 700 000 000.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
