DECLARATION
of 19 June 2008
amending Decree No 117 / 2007 Coll., on numbering plans for electronic communications networks and services
According to Section 150 (2) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended, the Ministry of Industry and Trade provides for the implementation of Section 29 (4) of the Electronic Communications Act:
Decree No. 117 / 2007 Coll., on numbering plans of electronic communications networks and services, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (6), the words "with an international transactional character pursuant to Article 4 (3) 'shall be inserted after the words" pursuant to Article 4 (2)'.
2. Paragraph 7 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) For the purposes of this decree, an easy-to-remember number means any telephone number in the formats listed in Annex 1 and any three-digit, four-digit, five-digit, shortened telephone number or European harmonised number."
3. In Section 8, the second sentence is replaced by the following: "After selecting the operator's choice code or at the operator's preset code set, a telephone number shall be selected and transmitted when making a national call without an international transactional character in accordance with § 4 (3) and without a country code in accordance with § 4 (2)."

International identifier of the mobile telephone network participant
(1) The international identifier of the mobile telephone network participant identifies the subscriber in the mobile telephone network as recommended by the International Telecommunications Union ITU-T E.212
(2) The international identifier of the mobile telephone network participant shall consist of the country code of the mobile telephone network, the mobile telephone network code and the mobile telephone network participant identification number. For the Czech Republic the country code of mobile telephone network is 230. The format of the international identifier of the mobile telephone network participant is set out in Annex 1. ';
5. In Section 25, the word "mobile 'is deleted.
6. In Annex 1, in point 4.5, the abbreviated telephone numbers for access to services with SAC code = 15 in the description of heading 153, the words "transport emergency calls' are replaced by the words" national emergency calls'.
7. In Annex 1, point 6 Access codes to the electronic communications network shall be inserted at DNe 976, in the part of the description of the electronic communications network, after the words "Access to ', the words" public data network and k'.
8. In Annex 1, point 7 The access codes to the electronic communications service in the note at the access code to the SAC service = 800 are deleted.
9. In Annex 1, point 7 The access codes to the electronic communications service are the text of the note for the access code to the SAC service = 908: "The combination of digits A, B determines the price per call, including VAT."
10. In Annex 1, point 9 reads as follows:

11. In Annex 1, point 11, in the title, the word "public 'is deleted.
12. In Annex 1, point 11, in the MCC description, the word "public 'is deleted.
13. In Annex 1, point 11, in the MNC description, the word "public 'is deleted.
14. In Annex 4, in point 2, the format of the signalling device code of the point of the transition signalling network with the signalling system No 7 in the note, the word "international 'is deleted.
This Decree takes effect on 1 July 2008.
