The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 8 November 1994 on a proposal by the Regional Office in Přerov to abolish certain provisions of the generally binding Order of the City of Přerov - Market Regulations of 1 December 1993, as amended,
as follows:
I. Part of the provisions of Article 3 (8) (a), expressed as "goods containing substances that deplete or threaten the ozone layer of the Earth" of the Ordinary Order of the City of Přerov - Market Regulations of 1 December 1993, as amended and supplemented, adopted by the Municipal Council in Přerov on 30 March 1994 and 22 June 1994, shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of findings in the Collection of Acts.
II. The proposal by the Regional Office in Přerov to abolish part of the provisions of Article 1 - part of the sentence after the comma, expressed in the words "possibly in other public spaces" of the generally binding Order of the City of Přerov - Market Regulations of 1 December 1993, as amended and amended, adopted by the City Council of Přerov on 30 March 1994 and 22 June 1994, is rejected.
