Government Regulation
of 18 October 1949
repealing the Refugee Care Institute.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 1, paragraph 1, point (b) of the Act of 11 May 1949, No 143 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and within the jurisdiction of its bodies:
(1) The Institute for the Care of Refugees, established by the Government Decree of 11 November 1938, No 292 Coll., is hereby repealed.
(2) The rights and obligations of the Institute are transferred to the State. They shall be settled by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and the Supreme Accounting Audit Office.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1949; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with the Ministers involved.
