of 9 December 1947
readjusting certain tasks of the two-year economic plan.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Article 16, paragraph 3 of the Act of 25 October 1946, No 192 Coll., on a two-year economic plan:
The basic tasks provided for by Act No. 192 / 1946 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") in the fields of industry, agriculture and construction, which are affected by a substantial change in the assumptions under which the two-year economic plan was drawn up, caused by exceptional economic circumstances and crop failure in 1947, are newly adapted in accordance with other provisions.
Basic tasks in industry.
Of the tasks provided for by the Act in Section 2 as basic tasks for the industrial sector for 1948, the following tasks are newly adapted by:
(a) in the manufacture of bananas:

(d) in the iron and metal industry:
| výrobu železničních vagónu | 7.802 kusy, |
| výroba tramvajových vozů á trolejbusů | 135 kusů, |
| výroba hospodářských strojů hodnotu | 1.448,195.000 Kčs, |
| při čemž činí zejména výroba | |
| strojů na zpracování a přípravu půdy | 102.844 kusy, |
| strojů secích a sázecích | 16.100 kusů, |
| strojů sklizňových | 49.607 kusů, |
| strojů na zpracování sklizně | 11.467 kusů, |

(e) in the manufacture of chemical:
| výroba synthetických pohonných látek z převážné domácích surovin | o 22% více proti stavu v roce 1946, |
| výroba mazacích olejů | o 103% více proti stavu v roce 1946, |
| výroba benzenu (benzolu) a homologů | o 44% více proti stavu v roce 1946, |
| výroba fosforečných hnojiv | 314.165 tun, |
| výroba dusíkatých hnojiv | 146.820 tun, |
| výroba kyseliny sírové | 205.842 tuny |
| výroba sody | 102.400 tun, |
| výroba umělé stříže | 16.750 tun, |
| výroba umělého hedvábí | 5.000 tun; |
(f) in the glass industry:
| výroba dutého skla | 110.570 tun, |
| výroba plochého skla | 17,000.000 m2, |
| výroba drobného skla | 5.500 tun; |
(g) in the stone, earth and ceramics industry:
| výroba cementu | o 6,6% více, než bylo stanoveno předběžným rozvrhovým číslem pro rok 1948 („orientačním číslem“). |
| výroba cihel | 964,900.000 jednotek, |
| výroba tašek | 156,648.000 kusů, |
| výroba vápna | 814.000 tun |
(h) in the paper industry:
| výroba buničiny | 241.500 tun, |
| výroba papíru | 236.750 tun, |
| výroba lepenky | 70.300 tun; |
(i) in the wood industry:
| výroba řeziva jehličnatého a listnatého | 3,015.000 m3, |
| výroba obchodních dýh | 7,079.000 m2;. |
(j) in the textile and clothing industry:
| výroba bavlnářských přízí (bavlněné příze s přízí vigoňovou) | 76,845.000 kg, |
| výroba vlněné (česané a mykané) příze | 26.492.000 kg, |
| výroba lněné příze | 9,460.000 kg, |
| výroba tkanin z bavlny, lnu a hedvábí | 73,750.000 kg, |
| výroba vlněných tkanin | 19.800.000 kg, |
| výroba jutových tkanin | o 0,4% více, než bylo stanoveno orientačním číslem, |
| výroba punčoch a ponožek | 61,000.000 párů; |
(k) in the leather and rubber industries:
| výroba obuvi | 52,349.400 párů, |
| výroba obručí pro jízdní kola a motocykly | 5,040.000 kusů, |
| výroba obručí pro osobní automobily, nákladní automobily a traktory | 674.000 kusů, |
(l) in the sugar industry:
| výroba rafinovaného cukru | 672.400 tun, |
| výroba melasy | 158.100 tun; |
(m) in the mill industry:
| výroba mlýnských jedlých výrobků z pšenice a žita | 1,679.120 tun; |
(n) in the food industry:
| výroba mlékárenského másla | 19.600 tun; |
(o) in the brewing and malt industries:
| výroba sladu | 109.000 tun, |
| výroba piva | 8,000.000 hl; |
(p) in the distillery industry:
| výroba surového lihu | 267.290 hl. |
Basic tasks in agriculture.
(1) From the tasks provided for in Paragraph 3 (1) as basic tasks for agriculture for 1948, the following tasks are newly regulated by
(a) in the manufacture of vegetable products:

(b) in the manufacture of animal products:
| výroba hovězího masa | 114.700 tun, |
| výroba vepřového masa | 195.400 tun, |
| výroba sádla | 21.120 tun, |
| výroba mléka | 21,715.000 hl, |
| výroba vajec | 920,000.000 kusů. |
(2) The task provided for in Paragraph 3 (2) of the Act as the basic task for agriculture for 1948 is newly amended by a percentage of 6% to increase the number of fruit trees.
Basic tasks in construction.
Of the tasks provided for in the Act in Section 4 as essential tasks for construction, the following tasks are newly adapted by the fact that, following an increase carried out by the Government Decree of 1 July 1947, No 131 Coll., revising certain measures to implement a two-year economic plan, the task of construction will be in particular:
(a) renewal, after rebuilding 1113.213 housing units with a cost of CZK 19.660 million;
(b) renewables, after rebuilding public buildings with a cost of CZK 14.871 million,
c) to purchase buildings for industry with a cost of 10.910 million CZK,
(d) purchase agricultural buildings with a cost of CZK 1.894 million;
e) Renewal, completion or acquisition of construction for transport with a cost of CZK 7.745 million.
Paragraph 1 (1) of the Decree of 7 October 1947, No 189 Coll., on the allocation of tasks resulting from a two-year economic plan to agricultural holdings and to breeders of bovine animals, swine and hens for the marketing year 1947 / 1948, is amended by re-adapting the oil production task for the marketing year 1947 / 1948 to 48.011 tonnes.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
