amending Decree No 357 / 2016 Coll., on medical fitness to perform military active service
The Ministry of Defence provides pursuant to Article 21 (7) of Act No. 585 / 2004 Coll., on the defence obligation and its provision (Defense Act), as amended by Act No. 47 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No 357 / 2016 Coll., on medical fitness to perform military active service, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1) (c), Article 2 (3), (4), (6) and (7) (a) to (c) and Article 15 (1) to (3), the words "or to participate in a military exercise" shall be replaced by the words "to participate in a military exercise or to be predetermined to complement the armed forces."
2. In the title of Title V, the words "OR OF PARTICIPATION IN MILITARY CIVIL 'are replaced by the words", OF PARTICIPATION IN MILITARY CIVIL CIVIL OR OF PRESENTATION FOR COMPETENT TO COVERED STRENGTH'.
3. In Section 16, the words "or for military exercises' are replaced by the words" for military exercises or for pre-designation to complement the armed forces'.
4. In Annex 1, point 3, the following point (g) is inserted after point (f):
"(g) citizens and soldiers in reserve requesting a pre-designation to supplement the armed forces,"
Point (g) shall be renumbered as point (h).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2023.
