On 8 June 2010, the Constitutional Court, in plenary composed of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Krórek, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodém, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická (Judge of the Rapporteur), decided on the proposal by the Minister of the Interior of Mgr. František Bublana, supplemented by the Minister of the Interior of Mudr. Mgr. Mgr. Mgr. Ivan Langer on the abolition of the town of Czech Velenice No. 2 / 2005 on certain restrictive measures to safeguard local public order, with the participation of the City of Czech Velenice as a party to the proceedings,
as follows:
I. Articles 3 (2) (a) and 3 (3) of the Ordinance of the City of České Velenice No 2 / 2005 on certain restrictive measures to safeguard local public order matters shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
II. The application for annulment of Articles 1 (4), 2 (2) (b) and 3 (2) (b) and (c) of the Ordinary Order of the City of České Velenice No 2 / 2005 concerning certain restrictive measures to safeguard local public order matters is rejected.
III. In the remaining parts, the proposal is rejected.
