amending Decree No. 26 / 2001 of the Ministry of Health Coll., on sanitary requirements for cosmetic products, on the particulars of the application for the non-inclusion of ingredients on the packaging of cosmetic products and on the requirements for the education and practice of a natural person responsible for the manufacture of cosmetic products (cosmetic products decree), as amended
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 26 / 2001 Coll., on the sanitary requirements for cosmetic products, on the particulars of the application for the non-inclusion of ingredients on the packaging of cosmetic products and on the requirements for the education and practice of the natural person responsible for the manufacture of cosmetic products (cosmetic products decree), as amended by Decree No. 268 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 444 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 126 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 104 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 260 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 474 / 2006 Coll., and Decree No. 112 / 2007 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. footnote 2 shall read:

7. In Annex 6, Part 1, box b, the symbol "(+) 'is added at the end of the entry under reference number 43.

Transitional provisions
1. Even points 2, 4 to 8 and 10 shall be assessed in accordance with existing legislation until 22 March 2008 when placed on the market or imported; the distribution, sale or offering to the consumer shall be assessed in accordance with existing legislation by 23 June 2008.
2. Even points 3, 9 and 11 shall be assessed in accordance with existing legislation when placed on the market or imported by 17 October 2008; for distribution, sale or offering to the consumer, they shall be assessed in accordance with existing legislation by 18 April 2009.
Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 23 September 2007.
