GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 June 2005
establishing a list of specified products, the conditions under which import or export or transport of specified products may take place and the details and models of applications for authorisation
The Government orders pursuant to § 18 of Act No. 228 / 2005 Coll., on the control of trade in products whose possession is restricted in the Czech Republic for security reasons and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") to implement § 1 (2) of the Act:
List of specified products
The list of specified products whose possession is restricted in the Czech Republic for reasons of national security interests is set out in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to this Regulation.
Forms and models of applications for authorisation
The particulars and models of applications for authorisation to import or export or transport specified products are set out in Annex 3 and Annex 4 to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Documents referred to in Article 2 (3) (b) of the Act.
A / 1 Decision of the Czech Office for the Testing of Weapons and Ammunition to classify the type of weapon or essential parts of the weapon or the type of ammunition in accordance with Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll. The submission of this decision is only required in doubt.
A / 2 Decision of the Customs Directorate of Prague on the classification of a product as a weapon in terms of customs tariff for a new type of product or the ambiguity of its classification. The submission of this decision is only required in doubt.
A / 3 Certificate issued by an authorized person pursuant to Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended. Submission of this certificate is only required in doubt.
A / 4 Certificate or technical specification (if applicable), in terms of safety and functionality, issued by the Czech Office for the Testing of Weapons and Ammunition pursuant to Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the Verification of Firearms, Ammunition and Pyrotechnic Articles. This document is only required in doubt.
A / 5 A certified weapons license no more than 90 days old.
Documents pursuant to Section 2 (3) (d) of the Act.

B / 1 Contract for the import or export of the product, or other similar document such as confirmed order, invoice, proforma invoice.
B / 2 In the case of the export of goods, proof of the acquisition of the product or of the manufacturer's authorisation to export.
B / 3 I.I.C. (International Import Certificate) or E.U.C. (End User Certificate) or other similar document in case of export:
I. pistols and revolvers (excluding those using flobert cartridges)
II. Long firearms with grooved and smooth bore (excluding weapons using margins and muzzle-loaded ammunition)
III. Weapons charges used by official armed forces.
