GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 June 2003
setting the assessment basis for 2004 for the person for whom the State is paying the general health insurance premiums
The Government orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for General Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 138 / 2001 Coll.:
The assessment basis for 2004 for the person for whom the general health insurance premium is paid by the State is CZK 3,520.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2004.
