GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 August 1997
amending Government Regulation No 73 / 1997 Coll., fixing the rates of duty and the tariff quotas for imports of certain types of cereals, wine, paper, yarn and glass flasks for cathode ray tubes
The Government mandates pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 (g) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 113 / 1997 Coll.:
In Article 1 of Decree No 73 / 1997 Coll., establishing the rates of duty and the tariff quotas for imports of certain types of cereals, wine, paper, yarn and glass flasks for cathode-ray tubes, points (a), (b) and (c) are deleted.
Points (d) to (i) shall be renumbered (a) to (f).
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
