on the trade agreement on the indexation of the contractual tariff between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and Spain, negotiated in Prague by exchange of notes of 4 March and 6 April 1948.
The Trade Agreement on the Valorisation of Contractual Rate between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and Spain, negotiated in Prague by exchange of notes of 4 March and 6 April 1948 and which, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, was provisionally applicable pursuant to Article 1 of the Law of 4 July 1923, No 158 Coll., on the provisional arrangements for trade relations with foreign countries, and pursuant to Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., partially amending the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak Customs Territories and the Customs Tariff, and issuing provisions on trade relations with foreign countries, Decree of 30 April 1948, No 159 Coll., was approved by the National Assembly on 20 July 1948 and was ratified by the President of the Republic on 6 September 1948.
