on visa relief in contact with Bulgaria.
In an agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I will determine in accordance with Section 11, paragraph 2 of the Act of 29 March 1928, No 55 Coll., on passports, the following:
The visa requirement for holders of diplomatic and special (service) Bulgarian passports shall be lifted.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 1948.
