DECLARATION
of 10 January 2013
on the issue of a commemorative silver two hundred koruna for the 20th anniversary of the Czech National Bank and the Czech currency
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On the 20th anniversary of the Czech National Bank and the Czech currency on 6 February 2013, a commemorative silver two-hundred crown ("commemorative coins") is issued.
(2) The commemorative coins are issued in the normal version and in a special version with a polished field of the coin and a matt relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) The commemorative coins in normal and special design are rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the commemorative coin is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and 2.25 mm. When the commemorative coin is embossed in normal and special design, the tolerance is 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%. The edge of the commemorative coin in the normal version is serrated, the edge of the two hundred crowns in the special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front of the commemorative coin there is a Czech lion, through which the inscription "ČNB" is intertwined. Under the picture of the Czech lion is the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK." The name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" is on the ring, which partly interferes with the intercircle. The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the compositions of the letters "Za" and "M" is above the letter "Za" from the word "CZECH."
(2) On the reverse side of the commemorative coin is the facade of the building of the Czech National Bank headquarters in Prague, through which the theme of the reverse side is represented 1 CZK of coin. At the left, upper and right edges of the commemorative coin is a copy of "20 YEARS CNB AND CZECH currencies." At the bottom edge of the commemorative coin are the years "1993" and "2013." Above the years related to the anniversary is the mark of the author of the commemorative coin, academic sculptor Vladimir Oppl.
(3) The image of the commemorative coin is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 6 February 2013.
