DECLARATION

of 8 January 2002
determining the level of remuneration for professional observations made at the request of law enforcement authorities
According to Article II (7) of Act No. 265 / 2001 Coll., amending Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure, as amended, Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., Criminal Act, as amended, and certain other laws:
The remuneration for professional observations submitted at the request of law enforcement authorities shall be CZK 75 to 125 for each starting hour of work according to the overall scale and complexity of the work, unless the special legislation is otherwise prescribed)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
