DECLARATION
Central Energy Management
of 30 January 1968
repealing the provisions on uniform general rates for the sale of small-scale electricity
In agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 39 (2) of the Electricity Act No. 79 / 1957 Coll. in agreement with § 34 of the Decree of the State Commission on Finance, Prices and Wages No. 47 / 1967 Coll., on Prices:
(1) They are repealed.
1. the Decree of the Ministry of Energy No 144 / 1953 Ú. l., which establishes uniform general tariffs for the sale of electricity in small quantities, as amended by Decree No 151 / 1959 Ú. l. and Decree No 49 / 1960 Coll.;
2. more detailed detailed guidelines for the implementation of Decree No 144 / 1953 of the Ú. l., which provides for uniform general rates for retail electricity sales.
(2) The rates laid down in the provisions repealed in paragraph 1 shall still apply when the electricity consumption recorded before the first deduction is made after 1 January 1968.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
