Order of the Minister for Finance
of 21 May 1952
about holding books.
The Minister of Finance hereby orders, pursuant to § 5 (2) of Act No. 229 / 1949 Coll., on deposit books:
Sporitelna and the deposit office in Prague and Okresná sporiteľňa a pokladnica v Bratislava also receive deposits in the name of the book. The rules on the deposit books of the Postal Savings Bank under Act No. 143 / 1930 Coll., on the Postal Savings Bank, as amended, continue to apply to these deposit books.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
