on certain measures in the field of military justice.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
For the purpose of carrying out the new organisation of military courts under the relevant provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the period from 1 March 1950 to 31 December 1950 shall be fixed for the period within the meaning of Paragraph 141 (2) of the Constitution.
This Act shall take effect on 1 March 1950; to be carried out by the Minister for National Defence.
