Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 229 / 2024 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, and pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued a price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 2 / 2024 of 25 June 2024 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority Decision No 01 / 2023 of 2 June 2023 on regulated prices related to gas supply; the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 3 / 2024 of 25 June 2024 amending the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 5 / 2023 of 29 November 2023 fixing the prices for the related electricity service and other regulated prices, as amended by the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 10 / 2023 of 28 December 2023; the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 4 / 2024 of 25 June 2024 amending the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 6 / 2023 of 29 November 2023 fixing the prices for the related electricity service to low voltage customers; and the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 5 / 2024 of 2 July 2024 repealing the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 5 / 2022 of 9 August 2022 determining the prices of the power balance services procured by the transmission system operator on the day-ahead market.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 2 / 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 25 June 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 4; price decision No 3 / 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 25 June 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 25 June 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 6; and in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 2 July 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 7.

The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. Decisions 2 / 2024, 3 / 2024 and 4 / 2024 entered into force on 1 July 2024. Decision No 5 / 2024 entered into force on 3 July 2024.
