GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 June 2012
amending Government Regulation No 176 / 2008 Coll., on technical requirements for machinery, as amended by Government Regulation No 170 / 2011 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 7 (8), 11 (2), 11 (2) (c), 12 (1) and (3) and 13 of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 176 / 2008 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Machinery, as amended by Government Regulation No. 170 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 4 (1) (a), "2" is replaced by "3."
2. In Article 4, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1, including footnote 11:
"(2) Machinery listed in Annex 12 to this Regulation shall not be placed on the market or put into service (11).
(11) Commission Decision 2012 / 32 / EU of 19 January 2012 requiring Member States to prohibit the placing on the market of mulch type cutting accessories for portable shrubs. '
Paragraphs 2 to 6 shall become paragraphs 3 to 7.
3. The following Annex 12 is added:
"Annex No. 12 to Government Decree No. 176 / 2008 Coll.
MACHINERY EQUIPMENT NOT INCLUDED ON THE MARKET OR IN OPERATIONS
Cutting accessories of the mulching type for portable shrubs consisting of multiple connected metal parts. '
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
