DECLARATION
of 13 July 2010
amending Decree No. 262 / 2000 Coll., which ensures the uniformity and correctness of measuring and measuring instruments, as amended by Decree No. 344 / 2002 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 137 / 2002 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 6 (2), (3) and (9), § 8 (2) and (5), § 9 (1) and (2), § 16 (1), § 19 and 21 of the Act:
Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 262 / 2000 Coll., which ensures the uniformity and correctness of meters and measurements, as amended by Decree No. 344 / 2002 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the title of Section 10, the word "manufacturers," and the words "(C 19 of the Act)" are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 10 (1), the word "production," is deleted.
3. In Article 10 (1) (b), the word "production," is deleted.
4. Article 12 shall be deleted;
5. In Section 14, the words "(K § 9a (2) of the Act) 'are deleted.
6. At the end of § 14, the words "and the formalities for certificates of metrological control of bottles used as measuring packaging for pre-packaged goods' are added.
7. Annex 5 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2010.
