of 27 September 1999
issuing a list of schools whose main activity is youth or adult education in agricultural fields
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 5 (3) of Act No. 95 / 1999 Coll., on the conditions for the transfer of agricultural and forestry land from state ownership to other persons and on the amendment of Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended, and Act No. 357 / 1992 Coll., on the tax on inheritance, donation and property transfer tax, as amended:
The following list of schools whose main activity is youth or adult education in agricultural fields is:
1. Veterinary and Pharmaceutical University Brno,
2. Mendel Agricultural and Forestry University in Brno,
3. Czech University of Agriculture in Prague,
4. University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
