COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that, after having given its assent by Parliament of the Czech Republic, the President of the Republic approved on 21 May 1997 the expiry of the Convention on Naturalisation between Czechoslovakia and the United States of America, signed in Prague on 16 July 1928 and published under No 169 / 1929 Coll.
The note of 28 July 1997 and 20 August 1997 entered into force on 20 August 1997. By that date, Act No. 60 / 1930 Coll. of 29 April 1930 on the Implementation of the Convention expired.
